Stage One: Personal Mastery

A leader who knows himself well—his strengths, vision, blind spots and challenges—can lead others wisely and consistently. This level of self-knowledge requires awareness of beliefs and perceptions which drive personal behavior—even subconsciously. In Stage One of the series participants will:

  • Analyze the results of personal perceptions, beliefs, and judgments
  • Reach higher levels of accountability through proactive choices
  • Crystalize their leadership purpose and vision
  • Understand flexibility in their leadership style
  • Learn to create trust-based relationships
  • Identify key development goals and plan for change

With a solid base of self-knowledge, participants are ready for Stage II and focus on the environment in which they lead and successfully build high-performing teams.
